I placed my order using Clearpay, and while I made the payment, it didn’t get processed by the store. As soon as I informed them, they reached out to me right away. They also contacted Clearpay and kept me in the loop throughout the process. They sorted everything out pretty fast and shipped my package as soon as they could, along with some apologies.
